Gourmet Traveller Guide 2010 - a consistently crowd pleasing take on East-meets-West
I rate longevity as a big plus in a restaurant and this one has graduated from a tiny space in Canberra's "Chinatown" in the early 1990s to the city centre and thrived. It's on my list.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agree! We always take visitors to Chairmans and we have NEVER been disappointed since the years of Madams & Chairmans.
ReplyDeleteBoth the professional attention from staff and the food are admirable. Even if collecting a takeaway you are welcomed and made to feel just as important as when a diner.
